La Roca is a luxury residential complex that leaves nothing to be desired. The 36 apartments with one, two or three bedrooms will be built in a quiet, protected and central location in the heart of Mijas Pueblo with open views to the sea.
Our goal is to bring together the highest quality standards and modern design with traditional elements in a perfect symbiosis, creating spacious and bright rooms with large windows and soundproof walls and ceilings. Each apartment, apart of an interior with modern and elegant design, will have one or more terraces with views of the Sea and Mountains.
The residential complex will have a large infinity pool in the garden, as well as a heated indoor pool directly connected to the gym and sauna with its relaxation room with panoramic views of the coast.
Supervised by the German architect Georg Schymik, this project will unify the German quality and performance standards with the traditional Andalusian aesthetics creating a perfect and harmonious symbiosis.
